Jane Terker, one of the beauty industry’s most respected executives, has had tremendous success launching and managing new ventures and start-ups in both beauty and consumer goods.

As President of the Donna Karan Beauty Company from its inception through its sale to The Estee Lauder Companies, Jane was responsible for iconic successes such as Cashmere Mist, the Cashmere Bath, Body and Haircare line, and the Woman to Woman platform. As president of Cradle Holdings Inc., Jane was responsible for buying, repositioning and re-launching skincare brand Erno Laszlo and reclaiming its cult-favorite positioning in the marketplace. She also led L’Artisan Perfume, one of the first artisanal fragrance brands, and Penhaligon, the esteemed English perfume house, to great success.

In her role as co-founder and president of Cosmedicine, Jane developed the groundbreaking line of skincare based on true measurable results with state-of-the-art claims testing supervised by Johns Hopkins, a beauty industry first.

Jane attended University of Wisconsin‐Madison and New York University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
